245. Challenge Walk in the Street

This is probably one of the last industrial buildings in the area but it looks like it will be demolished soon
The industrial area is turning into a residental district
Lofts and condos for trendy "Boutique Living",  whatever that means
This was the athletes' village during the Olympics
